Madison is a 60-bed Skilled Nursing Facility that offers both private and semi-private rooms.
Our facility offers a wide range of amenities and services specializing in short-stay rehabilitation and long-stay care.

Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License by the State Skilled Nursing Experience Preferred #2024Salary:
$26 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
